The 1L marking is on the front which is typical of older krugs, by the 1930's most were being marked back by the handle. It is in good condition with nice graphics. This is a krug, not a stein. Stein is what English speakers and tourists say. In German a stein is a stone, and is not used to describe a beverage container.

My 14 month old is squeaker OBSESSED, but she easily does surgery and defluffs. However this toy has been perfect. The sound when you shake is over the top and creates so much excitement. She loves to chase and chew this and play tug with this, and no tears from tug or points where she's tried to excise squeaker so far!

Great toy loved by 3 big dogs

We have a black lab and 2 grandpups (a Great Dane and a Cane Corso) that visit regularly. All 3 love this toy. All 3 destroy toys pretty quickly, sometimes within minutes. I have no idea what it is about this one, but they have not even remotely destroyed it except for major slobber damage from being so loved. I bought the first one months ago from TJ Maxx and then bought another on here thinking it could be a replacement when the first one got destroyed. The first one has yet to be destroyed. It sounds like there is a water bottle inside of it but it is some kind of coil thing. That being said, this toy can be very annoying to listen to, but we tolerate it for 3 very happy dogs.
