Attractive shelves and good illumination, but must be turned on and off manually and individually. Not spaced to secure to studs so gigantic anchors are provided but nothing to hide or secure the AAA battery power supply required for each shelf. They are everything I wanted for the aesthetic I was going for. They are a fairly simple install and they come with pretty good instructions. However, I don't know if it was my rush to get them up or if it was a design flaw but they are not very sturdy in the wall. I had seen a few reviews that said that they were a bit loose and I wasn't expecting heavy objects on it but I did end up needing to put support bars underneath them just because they kept sinking downward. Had I known that would have been the case I would have installed them differently and avoided putting holes in my wall at all but they're up now and it is what it is.
