I recommend this cream for eczema. I had several spots on my body so I would slather it on and with in 1 month the spots on my body were gone. BUT the spots on my scalp have not gone as it is hard to put this on your hair/ scalp every time it itches. So this has been an ongoing problem but it does soothe the skin that is flaring up.

Love this stuff! I got this because menopause was killing my skin. It was awful! Itchy, red and dry. I couldn't sleep it was so bad. Good Relief, But a Little Pricey

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like this cream deserved one. It feels gentle but still effective, and I don’t need to use a ton for it to work. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the price. It’s a little on the higher side for the amount you get. I also find myself reapplying a bit more often than I’d like. But overall, it’s one of the better creams I’ve tried, and I’ll definitely keep using it.

Not good for eczema

This cream shouldn't be described as an eczema cream. Eczema is usually colonized by s. aureus bacteria, and you need a powerful anti-bacterial substance in your skin cream in order to combat it. Neem oil or manuka honey both have strong anti-bacterial effects, and I recommend getting a cream with one of those ingredients if you have eczema. This Puriya cream is helpful for moisturizing dry skin to prevent eczema. However, it won't help to stop eczema once you've got it. That said, customer service was very helpful and gave me a refund for the product after I complained.
