Great dumbbells. I purchased these for home work out and recovering from a neck injury. My physical therapist said it will take a while, as suspected. And I'm so glad I found these. Love the storage capabilities. Stand is a Little cheap plastic holder. But the weights themselves are great. No cutting corners very good quality. I have had these for a year now. Colors are beautiful I might add. They even sit near my window so no sun faded damage either. Thats some quality right there. They have never stained from sweating. So just starting a healthy exercise journey or need recovery physical therapy needs. Highly recommend because eventually you'll get stronger and now you will have a whole complete quality set that will last you for years. For a better bargain I might add. Instead of buying individual cheap dumbbells. Invest in these great dumbbells, you won't regret it. I can't say enough good things.
