If I could give negative stars I would. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Printer just stopped working. Images always came out grainy. Now my $1500 printer is just a boat anchor. No recommendations of a printer shop to look at it. Just a big disappointment. Negative 5 stars for me.

When I used the Amazon trouble shoot chat all it did was say sorry and gave me a link to return. I just want this machine to work with there to be ink! Everything worked smoothly and nothing seemed out of place. There’s a bit of a learning curve, but if you're crafty, you'll settle in quickly. The print quality is fantastic, easily higher quality than my inkjet printer. The included “starter ink” gets you going, and replacements are easy to get online. You use the ink they provide which lasts a long time. The results speak for themselves, sharp, vivid, and professional looking prints every time. Definite recommend from me!
