Der Ursprung ist auf einen befestigten, frnkischen Adelshof zurckzufhren, von dessen Toren nur noch das nrdliche erhalten ist. AUSBAU: Nach der selektiven Lese werden die Trauben schonend gepresst und temperaturgesteuert in Edelstahltanks vergoren. Ausgebaut bewusst ohne Einsatz von Holz entsteht dieser Tropfen mit voller Frucht und erfrischender Lebendigkeit.
