Der Architekt Peter Grund und die Tradition in der ModernePeter Grund (1892 1966) war ein erfolgreicher Architekt und Stdtebauer. Ausgebildet in Darmstadt gegen Ende des Deutschen Kaiserreichs war er whrend der Weimarer Republik in Dortmund Bropartner des eingefhrten Architekten Karl Pinno. Unmittelbar zu Beginn des "Dritten Reichs" wurde Grund zum Direktor der Kunstakademie in Dsseldorf berufen. In der Bundesrepublik Deutschland war er als Oberbaudirektor fr den Wiederaufbau von Darmstadt verantwortlich.
