For larger size areas
Top quality with stainless steel material. Using 36 pins which sturdy pins. It fits well on M8 and easy to use. Because of the size it works a bit tougher/ harder providing deeper penetration. Because of the amount of pins these are for larger sized areas leaving this more for moderate to experts to be able to use this efficiently and effectively. Good value for the money

Works just as well as the OG, but for much less
This is a perfect and less costly way to get microneedling cartridges for my Dr. Pen M8. They fit perfectly and work just as well. They come with all kinds of precautions taken to keep them sterile, which is very important with something meant to reach down into your skin. The pins are just like the originals and honestly I can't feel any difference when using it. There's no need to pay more for name brand when these work just as well. I'm always a bit cautious because so many off brands aren't just cheap in price, but in quality. Not these, they're the real deal. You can save money and get replacement cartridges that will do a great job.

Convenient, well packaged carts
These carts work well for my pen. I use them with my Dr.Pen and they fit perfectly with no issue. Just make sure your device is compatible because they don't work with other models.
I like that each cart is individually wrapped, which makes them feel clean and safe to use. The 36 pin design with the .25mm needle length is gentle and works well for light treatments and product absorption without feeling too aggressive.
They go on easily, feel sturdy, and glide smoothly during use. I haven't had any issues with scratching or uneven needles. Having a 12 pack is convenient so I'm not constantly reordering.
