It’s reasonably comfortable for occasional use although I would prefer something with more support if I were using this every day. For my needs, however, it’s perfect. Adjustments are easy – especially height, changing from tilting to rigid. I also appreciate the swing up arms, which was a feature that I particularly liked with this chair.
