Am Gaumen gehen Nougataromen in weie Schokolade und ein Hauch Vanille ber. Im Abgang bleiben die Nougataromen bis zum Schluss erhalten. HERSTELLUNG: Die Haselnsse werden leicht angerstet und dann zerkleinert. Sie mazerieren fr einige Zeit in Neutralalkohol, danach erfolgt die Destillation. GENIESSER TIPP:
