Bourgogne Aligoté 2024Die Trauben dieses Aligot stammen aus den Weinbergen rund um Ladoix. Die Reben stehen auf einem Kalkmassiv. Der Wein vergrt spontan bei 20 Grad und wird nach der alkoholischen Grung im alten Holz ausgebaut. Der Aligot wird, wie alle Weine von MA, nicht geschnt oder filtriert und er erhlt nur eine minimale Schwefelgabe. Der Wein prsentiert sich unglaublich feingliedrig und geradlinig im Glas. Er wirkt direkt schon fertig. Keine Ecken, keine Kanten,
