Itโs about support more than anything else !

Printer worked great until it didnโt. Cleared a paper jam that kept giving an issue. Then it gave a scanner error, after paper jam was resolved. I called support; they gathered all my info. Transferred me to someone else who then told me sheโd email me some numbers to call for deals on refurbished printers or onsite support. I ended ups solving the problemโฆ I threw the printer in the trash, and will likely not buy anymore epson products. I was willing to pay for service but not waste more time and making more phone calls. I had a credit card; i was willing to use it.
