Der Boden besteht aus Paragneis und ist wie gemacht fr Veltliner. Die "Schn" ist eine etwas wrmere Lage, aber wir sprechen immer noch vom Spitzer Graben und nicht von Paarl in Sdafrika. Es resultieren frische ausgewogene Weiweine mit fruchtigen Aromen von reifen pfeln, Marille Zitrusfrchten und feinen Krutern. Elegant und mit straffer
