AUSBAU: Nach der Handlese werden die Trauben fr diesen Wein umgehend in der Kellerei sortiert und behutsam gebrochen. Die Grung erfolgt im kleinen Holz bei kontrollierten Temperaturen. Danach reift der Wein fr einige Monate auf der Feinhefe. AROMA:
