These toddler sandals are very well made and feel high-quality right out of the box. The material looks like leather and has a smooth, slightly matte finish. Cute shoes, otherwise they would only get 3 stars. Do not recommend using the size chart. I used the size chart and tried to measure carefully, yet the first ones we got were literally several sizes too large for my daughter. I returned them and sized down 2 sizes, and they are workable but still on the big side. Beware. They are also extremely high volume. If my daughter wears them barefoot, there is quite a gap between her foot and the top of the sandal. If she wears socks, especially her thick winter socks, it’s closer to a decent fit. Again, beware. I would buy again…not sure. My daughter is very fond of them, and that says a lot. She’s three and has very strong opinions about things😅
