Merkmale: Biologisch gezogene Nebbiolotrauben werden zeitweise am Stock gedrrt und danach gekeltert und mindestens 18 Monate in alten Barrique Fssern ausgebaut. Dieser nicht filtrierte Wein erreicht eine intensive rubinrote Farbe mit fruchtigen Aromen und ist reichhaltig an Tannin. Schmeckt nach Waldbeeren.
