Failed after 2 months
Failed after about 2 months of being used as a battery isolator. When activated, only passes about 2 volts though the contacts on a 12 volt circuit now. Wasted my time and money.

Works great
I used this to turn on with key on power in my truck. Power then goes through this and turns on my key on fuse panel. That way I can run a much larger cable from the battery to the fuse panel instead of pulling power through the ignition switch, where power output is limited. So far it doesn't get hot, though I am not running anything close to 500 amps through it. More like 75 amps max and even then it's only sometimes. No problems so far.

The relay has worked reliably for about three years now with no complaints besides one minor comment, be careful when threading down the nut on the Low voltage side. It is prone to stripping
