Middelvlei Cabernet SauvignonDie nach Westen ausgerichteten Cabernet Sauvignon Weinberge sind ber 20 Jahre alt und liegen auf einer Hhe von 160 m ber NN. Nach der Handlese und der anschlieenden Grung reift 70 % des Weins in zweitgebrauchten franzsischen Eichenfssern und 30 % in Fssern aus amerikanischer Eiche. Durch die 12 monatige Lagerung im Holz wird der Wein weicher und harmonischer. Die Tannine werden gut eingebunden und der Wein bekommt seine leichten Vanille und Holznoten.
