Pretty Big Capsules, be aware

They're very big capsules. If you have trouble swallowing they are not for you. Gummies are probably better suited for you. I give these the rating of 3 stars due to the capsule size and the recommended dosage of 3 per day.

Chews Work Better Than Powder

My husband researched the difference in quality & effectiveness between Metamucil gummies and powder.
