Good looker but terrible performance

I purchased the product and the base would not attach from the charging module. This is their big selling point. I requested a replacement and sadly the replacement was of the same batch run as the original sooโ€ฆ. Yeah that base would not detach. There are videos showing how easy it is to detach base from charging module. Not theses units. Circle Joy customer service is an @gmail.com. They said base is not designed to be removed frequently. I reminded them the separation feature is their highlighted feature. I was just looking for a base. Circle Joy said noโ€ฆ. If I do not like either unit just return them to Amazon.???? In the meantime, after maybe a dozen grinds, the original unit quit grinding normally and would barely grind at all. I shook it out and it worked again but doesnโ€™t sound right. Two takeaways: 1) Poor product quality. 2) I am sooo done with trying to work with Amazon on replacement items. Save yourself a tone of aggravation and just return the order and reorder if you dare. Otherwise good looking and heavy feel and works great about 10 times. Too bad so sad. Now I have this huge return hassle with Amazon.
