The combination of these two Magnesium's have encouraged more regular bathroom visits for me when consistently taken (do not exceed 400mg-500mg or severe laxative effects can take place). It is a larger pill but I have not had issues with swallowing- as I can have with others. Yes, a bit more costly than similar types but this brand focuses on main ingredients. Will buy again! Impressed with the company's quality and transparency.
