Not good, poor quality from Eufy products
I bought this as a last try to fix my unit.
I wanted to share my experience with the Eufy S1 Pro after owning two units.
Unfortunately, both units had serious issues.
The first one developed multiple problems within less than a year:
Dirty water tank issues
Mop roller lifting motor malfunction
Loud and abnormal noise during dust collection
Eventually stopped working completely
Despite that, I decided to give it another try and purchased a second unit, planning to reuse parts from the first one if needed.
However, the second unit failed even faster. After around 2 months, it stopped performing dust suction from the robot to the base station.
At this point, I cannot recommend this product. The reliability has been very poor in my experience, especially considering the price.
On a positive note, customer support has been responsive and helpful, but unfortunately, the product quality itself did not meet expectations.

A definite keeper :)
Size: C20 renewed, Size: C20 renewed
I had a shark that gave out after 3 years. (It didnโt have a mop) I ordered a new one from a different company and the new one I bought was defective so when I saw this one half price renewed I figured it couldnโt hurt because this one was only 50 more than the other one. Iโm so glad the other brand was defective. This thing is amazing . The app was easy to set up after I realized the quick start card they send has and old obsolete app. Once I searched and found the right app. Itโs called eufy clean . All went as planned. There app has so many things to customize. I have a fluffy carpet in my bedroom and was able to set the suction Lower so it wouldnโt damage the carpet. You can customize what rooms it mops , vacuums or if u want both and how many time it will pass through each room 1 or 2 times . I didnโt want a vacuum with a bag but Iโm ok with compromising that . The app also has a section to tell u when itโs time to change parts for maintenance. It mapped my small apt very quickly. Its base is larger but it tucks under the base . My shark had no mapping and just bumped randomly around. So always a tapping while it was cleaning. I find this to be much quieter the only time itโs loud is when it returns back to the base ti dump dirt and that is the sound of a regular vacuum running and itโs only for a minute or 2 at tops. I cant speak for battery life because itโs renewed but it cleaned my on bedroom apart in about 40 minutes with 60% battery left. It came in its original box like it was brand new. Only a few indentations on the top of the actual vacuum from what I saw. As for longevity we will see but as of now this renewed item is a definite keeper.
