I have a Samsung Smart TV. I stream with You Tube TV. I watch Sox on the MLB app. I'm worried about getting into heaven because of all my swearing at technology. The whole ball of wax drove me to up my IPA consumption and made me into a potty mouth. Then I got the Fire TV Stick. It's early on but it does seem to be an absolute game changer. Very user friendly. I got the HDMI USB power module and have also plugged direct into an outlet. Either is good. Right now, I'm using HDMI #3 to power my TV. Had to charge it overnight but all works well. All the technology fussing is over. No more having to sign in. No more problems navigating between live and recorded TV or to MOB and back. I'm very happy. Thank you Amazon. I think St. Pete might now let me in. Not too soon, I hope.

Additionally, the dedicated app buttons are a real annoyance. I often find myself accidentally launching other apps instead of streaming my preferred content on YouTube TV. I wish there were an option to disable them or even assign them to apps I actually use. If you're considering this device and can find it on sale for about $25, it's worth it for the streaming capabilities, but be prepared to navigate a frustrating remote experience.
