I pop two of these in my mouth every evening when I get ready for bed. They stick to my gums and cause me to produce just the right amount of saliva during the night; this I don't wake up with cotton mouth! Actually, most mornings I wake up to find I still have a little bit of the XyliMelts adhering to my gums-- even after 7 or 8 hours of sleep!
