Matéo Rouge 2017Mato Rouge 2017, Domaine Julien Guillon Une cuve issue de pinots noirs plants en 1962 sur des pentes trs raides. Il a fallu un sacr travail pour redonner vie cette parcelle. Trs faible rendement pour ce premier millsime. Macration semicarbonique de la vendange partiellement rafle, le reste en grappes entires.
