Three snaps at the back of the neck. Decent condition with some flaws. Several stains. The buttons have rust staining.

Good quality and very soft material, true to size as well. Colors hold and I love the full coverage in the back without looking like Granny panties. Washes well and good thickness of fabric. HOWEVER! If you have thicker thighs I do NOT recommend. The fabric bunches when I walk around too much, and becomes very irritating on your very upper thigh where it bunches.
