This is a dark photo but I ordered this for a safe and beautiful space to keep the ashes of my past pets who meant the world to me. Faulty pieces, unable to assemble.

One of the pieces came unthreaded so I wasn't able to put it together. We received all of the parts but since one was faulty, assembly wasnt possible. Customer service from both the original seller and amazon were unhelpful.
