I've got probably 10 of these, now. The squeaker fails pretty quickly. But our dog still likes them, just not as much as when they squeak. I'm tossing these a good 75 yards and farther. This ball has been a boredom buster lifesaver. On the first day my 15 week golden retriever puppy played with it for a good 2 hours straight. I was nervous he would immediately get bored with it but nope, he searches for it every day.
