I'm not sure why there are any reviews complaining of silver hardware or size as that information is clearly listed in the product descriptions. One also needs to order directly from Coach and select the gift option to get the gift box and dust bag, which has always been the case. I've dressed it up with a cheaper, smaller strap as I'm using this as an oversized wristlet at the moment; but I got everything I paid for.
