Gives me energy and a bit more focus when I feel I need it. Love that i only need one capsule. What I don’t love is the price has gone up $10, from 20 to $30. I do have these on auto shipment, so I am saving a few bucks, but I’m not sure how long if the price keeps increasing. Update: I can really feel the difference when I don’t take my Focus n Energy. I usually keep one bottle on standby, after that was gone, so was my energy and coffee is (NOT) getting it. I love that it has natural ingredients that I can feel working. I have never had good luck with Ginseng. I've relied over the years on increasing my caffeine dosages.
