In a world that is filled with Christian books on how to defeat culture or to escape from it this book is a breath of fresh air. In the 10 years that I have worked with young people one of the hardest concepts to get across to them is that their work matters. And even beyond that, how do we work with or partner with people who are different than me? How do we work together for a common good? That they have opportunities to engage the world around them. This book helps to give words to what that looks like. Not only is it filled with diverse writers, it doesn't give easy answers but ones of hope. I just started taking these yesterday and I don't know if it's my imagination or not, but I have so much more energy today. My body was seriously lacking fruits and veggies for a very long time. It's not easy taking 3 at a time and then remembering to take 3 more again at another time, but I will do it as long as it makes me feel better. The fruit capsules don't have any smell to them. The vegetable capsules kind of smell like broccoli. I like broccoli, so it doesn't bother me, but I did burp some after taking the vegetable capsules. It's a small price to pay for giving my body some of the nutrients it has been craving for such a long time. I really hope this works and I will continue to get these for a few months to see if it is really making a difference. Good buy and made in the USA; a plus for sure! I will keep you posted.
