These things are amazing. Stuff them with peanut butter and treats and freeze them of course, but football spike them across the yard to drive your overly hyped dog nuts! The large is a perfect size for my 66# and 110#. If you have a smaller dog, consider a medium. Fill them with peanut butter, 1/2 banana each, wet kibble (paste) or pumpkin puree, and put into the freezer. Not as stiff as their Kongs. Both dogs are strong chewers and these have held up. Clean the inside with a baby bottle brush.
