WWII U.S. M-1 Helmet Liner NeckbandDescription This is an original WWII U. S. M 1 helmet liner neckband. It exhibits blackened brass United Carr snaps. Neckbands were constructed with brass snaps for a short time in mid 1942 and then again in late 1943 when brass was no longer a scarce material.
