Incoming rainwater is passed through a series of mechanical filters that remove leaves, twigs, seeds, and small sediment that accumulate on the surface of the roof between rain events. These plates a wide and sturdy. We use them everyday at home to minimize dirty dishes which makes cleaning really easy. We’ve had even stew on them which can be very soupy and they don’t leak and they don’t get soggy. It’s also a good price point for the amount of plates it comes with.
