Reviewing this after nearly 4 years. I got this for my dog (sadly has passed away), and this was one of her favorite toys. It didn't squeak but the shape and size was what she loved. Big enough she could chomp on in it and I didn't need to worry about her choking. Small enough she could carry it in her mouth when she wanted to play. This is a durable rubber/rubber-like material, I'd compare it to Kong toys, excellent for a dog who loves to chew and needs a toy that can endure their bite.
