Ok so, this did not disappoint. Supportive and has cups/padding so there's no show through. Stays in place. Sturdy will not roll on you or stretch out half way through your day/ evening. Straps are included but not necessary. Do not try to put on right out of the shower. You also need to step into it to pull up. Do not try to pull it over your head. Perfect for under spaghetti string tops/tube tops. I am 135 lbs, 34DD or a 36D depends on bra. I bought a medium and it holds everything tight. I believe I could also go with a large at this weight to have a little less compression.
