It features an integrated 10 mil internal underlay ring at the outer edge, which acts as a built in dampening system to subdue harsh high frequency overtones.

The quality of these wipes are impeccable! They are thick and super strong with the best texture to help difficult clean ups if you know what I mean. It comes with so much too I swear it took forever to even finish one bag. These will definitely be a keeper in my rotation of baby wipes!
