I am 6’4” weigh @ 230 lbs and ordered a 2XL. My dress shirt neck size is 17 inches. If you’re happy with a very loose fitting around your neck, then you’ll be ok with this mock turtleneck shirt. I ordered thinking it would be a snug fit around the neck size, not hanging down @ one inch or more in the front.

Love these!! I was having a tough time (living in phoenix) and wearing a blazer. It is so hot here that you dont want to wear thick button up shirts with collars etc. T shirts are a bit informal.
