I recently started working out and spent quite some time choosing resistance bands. I decided to go with this set mainly because it has a huge number of reviews and is very popular, which felt like a safe option for a beginner. Overall, I think this is a good value-for-money product. The bands look nice, and I really like the color palette — the coffee/milky tones look stylish and different from the usual bright gym colors. I use them regularly, and they work fine for my workouts. One thing worth mentioning is that if you use them directly on bare skin, they can roll a bit. However, when wearing leggings, they stay in place and feel comfortable. At this stage, I’m satisfied with them. In the future, as I train more, I’ll probably upgrade to a higher-end set, but for starting out, these bands do the job well. I’d rate them 4 out of 5.

I use these bands every day. They have different resistant levels. I’m not sure of the pounds but easier to more difficult in range. You can actually exercise with these bands while you’re watching TV, so I do some of my exercises in the evenings while watching TV, I can see a big difference in the strength of my arms and legs.
