Phosphate coating is then applied to protect against corrosion and then powder coated before the part number is applied. All springs are manufactured to DIN 2095 grade1. Nice shelves. Install was super easy except on one of the three shelves. The main mounting shelf holes were off so the shelf will not slip onto horizontal mounting poles unless I modify the shelf. So a 20 minute job becomes a two hour job. The mounting system does appear very sturdy just not aligned.

bought these after another set of floating shelves didn't work. these are great and an awesome value!! i've used these in my guest bathroom and also throughout my house. they look great everywhere and are much easier to hang compared to others. my husband was hesitant after the last shelves but these turned out amazing. they are very sturdy and hold a good amount of weight. i would recommend buying these compared to any others.
