Bell & Co. of Glasgow, Scotland one of the more respected Scottish pottery manufacturers of the Victorian era. The transfer print is crisp and well defined, depicting the familiar Willow scene: pagodas, a willow tree, the three figures on the bridge, a boat on the water, and two birds in flight above all framed by the characteristic geometric and scrolling border.
