This painting shows some of the pine trees towards the top of the woods, with the sun shining in from the moors above. This large piece of artwork is painted using acrylic inks onto St. Cuthbert's Mill heavy watercolour paper. It looks like a watercolour, but I use acrylic inks for these pieces as it allows me to paint many layers of paint without lifting the previous
