It fits perfectly and seems to perform and look exactly like the other name brand layered cotton gauze, steel meshed lifetime air filter. I sprayed some K&N oil on this thing and it feels like the engine is breathing a little easier now and performing a little better. As with anything new, your mileage will vary.
