Tastes worse than Chlorella. I don't feel any tangible benefits from taking it but also didn't notice anything from Chlorella either. This has a more algae pond water type taste than Chlorella which has a slight umami flavor that I find more tolerable. I like mixing it into a Green Giant drink but it's really just Cocoa, Spirulina or Chlorella, and whey or plant protein. I like the green notes that counterbalance the sweetness. But I prefer Chlorella's taste to this.

Wow, they really vacuum seal these bags! When I received this bag, it was practically brick hard, as if the contents has frozen in there. Encapsulating is definitely a good idea for those who simply don't make smoothies for all of their supplements every day, and for those who easily forget or need to take various health supplements. This is a great combo.
