GushedEbb and flow is the nature of emotions, but on somedays they come with such force that they begin to overwhelm us. We are confused about the origin and reason for all these emotions coming in like a storm. It is important in these moments to hold our self in a state of complete acceptance, and feel everything that comes in. We may not always understand why we feel, what we feel, but through Gushed the artist nudges us to feel nonetheless.
