P55 M 1 helmet liner is its original owner's nametag, reading "WILLIAM". This liner was manufactured by Westinghouse Electric & Manufacturing Company of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It features black painted steel A washers and an OD#7 (green) suspension. The suspension has recently been completed with an original 1961 dated headband. Provenance Private Collection, Washington,
