The Mini brushes are available in the Stratos or in the Nimbus shape. Please take note that the only available knot shape is the fan shape. This bamboo cutting board set has been a nice addition to my kitchen. I like having different sizes available, and I especially appreciate being able to reduce how often I use plastic cutting boards.
