I am 5’8” tall and weigh in at 172 lbs dressed. These are the most comfortable cold weather shirts I have ever worn. In my humble opinion, what makes these shirts so comfortable and warm is the tight fitting and the soft, fleece like feeling on my skin. I wear and ordered the large size.
