Works well if you wear them every day

These heel socks do work, but you need to be consistent and patient. The socks are soft with a gel lining on the inside that basically traps your body heat and moisture—kind of like a mini spa for your feet. My heels felt noticeably softer after just one hour of wearing them. That said, I don’t love sleeping with socks on, so it took me two nights to get used to them. I even took them off the first night because I couldn’t stand the feeling. After five nights of use with nightly exfoliating, my heels are definitely softer, but still cracked in some areas.
