It can be used as a multifunctional bookcase, storage rack or display stand. The shelves are adjustable to allow different sized books and objects to fit perfectly. They feel sturdy yet remain pleasantly soft on the skin during use. Keep in mind that they do arrive with a very strong natural grass smell right out of the package. I highly recommend washing them in a water and vinegar solution, then letting them air or sun dry before your first use. Once the smell is gone, they are absolutely perfect!
